Shipping and Returns

Orders within the United States are shipped via the US Postal Service (Priority Mail) which takes 3-5 business days after you receive an emailed confirmation by XNRT of your order XNRT does not ship to PO Boxes. We can only ship to your credit card billing address for security reasons. If you would like to ship to a different address you will need to call you credit card company and have them add an alternate address to you card, We will make all efforts to ship your order within 3-7 business days of receipt. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processes that following Monday. During the holidays and Sundays, our order processing time may increase. XNRT charges sales tax for orders shipped to California. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.​

*All returns must be authorized*
To receive an authorization for a return, you must contact customer service at paulina@xnrt.com to obtain a Return Authorization number known as an RI number. All returns that are not exchanged for another item and are refunded are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please note, we do not backorder. If the requested items are not in stock by the time we process your RI, your credit card will be refunded for the value of the items returned to our warehouse to avoid further delay on your request. (in which case the 15% restocking fee will be waived)
*All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached. Also include the original invoice with the RI# written on it.
*Please specify the reason for the return on the original invoice.
*if you were to receive a defective item, you must notify us within 5 business days when you received the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.​
Once you receive your Return Authorization number, you must than ship the item(s) back within the specified time period (14 business days) to receive an exchange or the RI# will become null and void. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We do not refund shipping costs on returns and or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such an error occurs we will return up to $9.99 for return shipping.
Return authorizations must be requested within 3 weeks of the original ship date for all domestic orders and within 1 month of the original ship date for Canadian orders.
Pack your item(s) in the original ship box if possible and insure your package for the full value of merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. Include your RI# and original invoice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
